Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in Catfight

Hi All,

We cannot find urban decay in India or many European countries. I have heard a lot of raving about this brand and I wanted to try it out myself. So when I saw the Urban decay counter in the Sephora of Rome, I had to get something from there. They had a very limited collection and I happened to like the UD lipstick in the shade ' Catfight'.

What the product claims :-

What I wore in Italy - 1

I know I am posting an outfit post after a very long gap. I was on  a vacation to Italy and I have lot of outfits to be shared with you all :) Hope that would make up for the delay :D

I am just starting a series to discuss my outfits in Italy, so this would give an idea on how the place was and what I chose to wear in different locations :)

This first outfit I am going to talk about is what I wore in the beautiful island of Capri, Italy. I was very excited about this island and our whole trip of Italy was planned so that we could visit this island :) So I had packed dresses for the beach, but alas, after reaching there we discovered that Italy had rocky beaches. I had to ditch all my long flowing beach dresses. Not enough research!!

Maybelline Vivid Rose Lipstick

Today is a review on yet another of my current favourite lipsticks. It is the Maybelline Vivid rose. I wanted to try out some hot pinks for this summer and was in constant search for that perfect colour. I had zeroed on ' As you want Victoria' from Rimmel, but I couldn't find it. So I went with my second option, Again!! :) and bought this one.

I have been loving this lipstick. It is the perfect texture and perfect colour for my skin tone. Read on..

I love black and I love sequins, and when these two come together they turn out into a beautiful outfit like this one :)

Today's outfit is a sequined little black dress. I had bought this dress a long time back from an online site in India. I could not find an occasion to wear it. But what the heck!! I just wanted to wear it and brought it out last weekend. So technically its a new dress as I have worn it for the first time here :)

Review : MAC Russian Red

This is my first post on the beauty section. What would be a better product to start with, other than the Mac lipsticks :) Every girl literally every girl craves on these lipsticks and I never got why until I tried one for myself :)

I too wanted to get a Mac lipstick and know what magic it had :) So I researched for a shade which would suit me as I did not want to splurge my money on a shade which I could never wear. I was looking for Ruby woo, but couldn't find it in the Mac store so I went for Russian Red. Honestly the first few times I wore it, I wasn't a big fan of it. I thought I could find better lipsticks in my other favourite brands. But now I just love this lipstick and wear it every other day :)

How is your long weekend going!! Hope you are all having fun :)

I wore this outfit for a movie outing yesterday. I watched Fast and Furious 7, nothing great about the movie to talk about except the heart touching tribute to Paul. I like the series but this one failed to impress, so lets directly jump into the outfit.

I wore these camel boots yesterday after a long while. Winter is going to end soon and I wanted to wear boots as much as I can for the remaining few cold days. These boots are quite long which go above the knees, but they can be folded at the knee to give the look I am wearing here. I paired these boots with simple dark washed jeans and a flowy top.

Beauty Reviews

After a few requests from my readers, I have decided to do beauty reviews on the blog. I would try to add reviews on makeup products and other products we use for our hair and skin. I am not a pro when it comes to makeup but I am always willing to share my experiences and learnings with you all. So these posts will solely be my experience with the products. I would try to list down what are my likes and dislikes about the product.

I shall also try to add swatches and some makeup tricks using the beauty products.
